TopWhat a great video! It’s so interesting to find out how prevalent fear is in our lives, and how many people spend their entire life just running from it. But really what this video shows is that they should be confronting and defeating it. Really helpful!

TopIt was both beautiful and inspirational to watch the video. I believe that its a feat when one’s fear can be externalized and transformed into an object that others can watch and have the option to comment on. Fear thrives on secrecy, on how it manipulates one into a hiding place deep within where it might reign and exercise its power over one’s actions and choices. It is indeed a courageous step to turn it into a video, and a testament to one’s inner fortitude. Kudos and thanks for sharing!

TopVery true. If you are going to be held back by something you think you fear while millions around you are doing the same thing, you will surely be left out. Its always better to tackle your fears headlong. I was watching this program the other day, which showed people fearing things that looked ordinary but then the crew pitted them against those very things and asked them to fight the urge to run. Most people managed to over come their fears at the end. I don’t know whether that was a stunt but it showed how you can do it also. Nice find.

TopI really liked this video. It’s nice to start it out with something cute and funny, even though it’s a really serious story. I believe that we definitely let fear rule us, even if we don’t realize it, so it’s helpful to see how we can get rid of that fear. Thanks!

TopHey I loved the part on swimming! I’ve been swimming for a few years but I have never seen it broken down like that before! As for the rest of the video, it was great! I actually thought it was pretty funny!

TopI like Tim Ferris on how he mixes comedy with blunt reality. He is very insightful on fear I will have to watch more of his work.

TopThere are few of us that ever realize our fears, or at least how much they control our lives. Fear is known to be the strongest emotion we have. Tim Ferris has managed to explain how to deal with our fears, a serious subject, in a very light-hearted manner.
